Located near the one of the most busy streets in Warsaw, this project is unique due to the small size of the parcel. Despite the area limitation, I wanted to create a big open social space as a core of the building, surrounded with offices. The core is located at the corner of the Odolanska street. It is fully transparent thus creating a dynamic view along the main alley. The defining element of the building is the main structure of the truss holding the core's glassing, which goes from the bottom through all the floors up to the top fastening the whole building body.
