The main goal was to create a comfortable and friendly enviroment for inhabitants. This was achieved by separating the inner courtyard from the public space with the body of the housing sections. Such arrangement created a distinct private area. Vertical dark stripes, cracks of balconies and dark framework of the windows devide the facade into smaller sections, which are overlapped by the white outer skin of the building.
