This project is designed as an extension of the existing housing estate near Gorczewska street in Warsaw. New office buildings seperate the area from the noisy main street. Housing blocks are designed on an orthogonal network of small streets and paths. The blocks creates a chain of small semipublic spaces connected to the public areas with narrow openings. The extension will also include three main public facilities - a primary school with a sport centre, a market in the centre of the district and a library connected to the park on the east side. The school has a lowered football pitch with a stand, that can even serve as a small football stadium.
