Gorczewska District Primary School

This primary school was designed as a part of the new Gorczewska district proposal in the city of Warsaw, as an extension of the existing part of the housing estate. The design provides the most optimal communication ways for children based on the in-depth analysis of their behaviour. The building is based on an inner courtyard overlapping with a sports hall. The courtyard serves as a social space with places to sit and rest. It can be closed with the special ETFE roofing during winters or rainfalls.
