We started the planning by adding several pairs of high buildings east to the existing housing. Small semipublic areas between the blocks create paths leading to every zone of the structure. Then we moved to the west, decreasing the density and the scale of the urban structure. The whole area is planned on the main axis created by a green alley, along which all the public subareas are located. First comes the public square opened to the main road. Together with the Curtural Centre building, it leads poeple into the urban structure. Then, there is a primary school square which connects the western part of the project and its high buildings with the eastern part and the lower buildings. Further we designed the sequence of small semipublic squares with luxurious houses. The axis ends with the oval pond surrounded by city villas.
